Project details: photos/videos you upload, room measurements, materials requested, notes.
Communications: emails, calls, and SMS/MMS you exchange with us.
Payment-related info: invoices and transaction amounts (payment cards are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
How we use information
Prepare estimates, schedule visits, send reminders and job updates.
Respond to questions and provide customer support.
Improve our services and website (analytics).
Send optional marketing messages if you explicitly opt in (separate from service updates).
Detect/prevent fraud and comply with law.
SMS/MMS Terms (Text Messaging)
By providing your mobile number and consenting (via our website checkbox, by replying YES to our opt-in text, or by asking us to text you):
Purpose: We send customer-care texts such as estimates, scheduling/arrival reminders, job updates, and follow-ups.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation text.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [your phone] or [your email].
Frequency: Message frequency varies by project status.
Rates: Message & data rates may apply.
Links: We use links to our own domain (renovixco.com). We don’t use public link shorteners for campaign messages.
Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be the mobile account holder or have permission from the account holder.
Sharing of information
We share information only with:
Service providers that help us operate (e.g., scheduling, messaging, cloud storage, payment processing) under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Legal/ safety reasons when required by law or to protect rights.
Business transfers if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information.
